Order status workflow

Custom orders progress through:

1. SUBMITTED — customer has placed the order

2. CONFIRMED — deposit received, order accepted

3. IN_PRODUCTION — being crafted

4. QUALITY_CHECK — finished, being inspected

5. READY — ready for collection or shipping

6. DELIVERED — handed to customer

Staff update the status and can add notes at each stage.
