Understanding recommendations

When a customer enters their foot measurements, the system shows:

• Recommended size — the best match for their foot

• Confidence level — how well the size matches (Good / Excellent)

• Size chart reference — which brand chart was used

Customers should always go with the recommended size. If between sizes, size up for comfort.
